Lisa Nowak asks for Electronic Monitor to be Removed

She testified in court that the monitor prevented her from participating fully in her exercise program, and that the ankle bracelet was expensive at the weekly rental rate of $105 having spent $3,000 so far.

In the same court hearing the court considered a motion to suppress some of her statements she made when she was arrested.

The court has taken both requests under submission and will rule on each in the near future.
