Jack McLellan Admitted Pedophile Subject of Restraining Order

This new order modified from a previous order which also prohibits McLellan from contacting, videotaping, or photographing children without written consent from the guardian or parent.

The constitutionality of this order is highly questionable. However, McLellan's response is to leave the state and to return to the Seattle, Washington area where he lives with his parents or possibly to take up residence in another state.

McLellan has never been arrested or prosecuted for any criminal conduct. His website which has been removed from the host server for the last month drew media attention because it was a "how to" website for men to seek out and observe little girls.
